Citizen College, an affiliate to the Pokhara University is a center of learning for professional management courses. Situated at Satdobato, in the heart of Lalitpur Sub-Metropolitan City, the college enjoys the location away from the hustle and bustle of the chaotic city environment truly for any educational institution.

Citizen College is a constituent of Aberdeen International Education Foundation which has already notched up its mark in the higher education sector as PTI (Purna Tara International) Higher Secondary School running the HSEB affiliated plus two level programmes in Management, Science and Humanities streams since 2005 AD. (2062 BS). The foundation also runs the BBS programme affiliated to Tribhuvan University.
