Duke College was founded in the winder of 2009, in consideration of the need to offer quality education in the field of internationally recognized qualification here in Nepal. Though the name “a-Level” is well known to all the students appearing for SLC, choosing a college hat provides proper guidance and education as per the requirement of CIE is still a matter of concern. Thus Duke College was formed by teachers, who have been teaching this qualification for over a decade to meet the needs.

Duke College offers a wide range of subjects from Science, Management, Humanities and Arts similar to that of +2 levels of several boards in Nepal and India. The subjects offered provide variety and flexibility to students to meet their interest and requirement for further studies.
Duke College is now located at Maharajgunj, Chakrapath. We share premises with Kathmandu Valley School that has adequate parking space, football ground, basketball court, Gym and spacious classrooms that have been used for examinations purpose by British Council. We work in harmony with the school’s other programs and support each other in every matter. We have sophisticated Science laboratory and plenty of open space for students to move around in their free time. The library equipped with computers and internet enhances research based learning for students.
