Pokhara Nursing Campus was established in 2039 B.S. (1982). At first it ran CMA programme in 2040 B.S. (1983) and subsequently PCL Nursing Programme in 2041 B.S. (1984).
Pokhara Nursing Campus is situated opposite the Western Regional Hospital, which is 10-15 minutes walk from the main market of Pokhara town.
The campus uses the hospital and community for its practical courses.Besides the hospital, there is one well-equipped regional laboratory within the premises of hospital of and Western Regional Tuberculosis Centre.
