Last three decades have witnessed phenomenal growth in electronics and communication, from lines to microwave and broadband communication. The growth is expected to be still more vigorous, involving higher levels of sophistication, technology and skills in the days to come. This has created avenues for specialized manpower who could be engaged in design, development, operation and maintenance of electronic circuits and devices for diverse communication needs.
Objective:
The objective of the program is to train the students with needed competence in design, testing and engineers who have knowledge and skills in both the areas.
Eligibility: Students who have passed 10+2 or equivalent examinations with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM) are eligible to apply for the admission.

The Graduates can expect career opportunities in agencies concerned with generation, transmission and distribution of electricity, alternative/renewable energy projects, communication, manufacturing and service sectors.
