Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is a 126-credit-hours graduate program. It has eight semesters in total. The program aims at educating students and preparing them for handling managerial position to start a professional career in business or public management. It will enable them to take over responsible positions in domestic and global business organizations with modern impersonal skills and technical know-how of the recent trends in global business. The program will develop positive attitudes, abilities and practical skills that are needed for a competent and responsible manager; and the program will work as foundation for master's studies in management.

Objectives of the Program
The faculty of Management Studies is committed to providing its students with broad knowledge of management by introducing them to innovative courses of management and developing their creative analytical and decision making abilities. Theoretical foundation coupled with practical knowledge will produce efficient and competent middle level managers. The BBA Program specifically aims at:

  • Preparing students to take an entry level managerial position to start a professional career in business and public management.
  • Inculcating in students positive attitudes, abilities and practical skills essential for competent and responsible managers.
  • Preparing students with the necessary foundation and competence for admission to the MBA program.

Eligibility
Students who have successfully completed higher secondary or intermediate examination with minimum second division are eligible to apply. Candidates applying for BBA program need to submit the application form along with their academic qualifications and transcripts. The admission committee selects the students from the candidates based on their academic performance and entrance test.

Scope of the BBA Program

On completion of the BBA course, aspirants can study the Masters Program in Business Administration. The course structure of the BBA program is designed in such a manner that it acts as a foundation for the MBA program. The BBA curriculum prepares aspirants to perform their fullest extent in their post graduation program. This degree provides you excellent skills and overall knowledge of Business operations. With the ultimate growth industries all over the globe, the need of being a BBA and MBA becomes a must in order to survive in this tough competition. This is one of the prime reasons that makes BBA and MBA popular worldwide.
