Pokhara University has been padlocked since Kartik 22nd 2068. ANNFSU(R) had padlocked the office- of the Vice-Chancellor and administration of the pokhara university pointing 42 demands. Forceing the demands,students have again padlocked the Management and Science Dean office of the Pokhara University.

Due to the problem,administrative works have been running from Quarters. ANNFSU(R) pokhara district President Amrit Thapa said,the university is not responsible for our demands so they are not calling us for discussion. After the padlock, PU had formed 5 member suggestion comittee with leadership of Dean Ishor Chandra Baniya. Comittee had already discussed twice time with students’ organisation.

Almost demands of students are acceptable while we need to think for some demands said Baniya. Students claims that Register Om Sharma had misused his post by appointing staffs,and corrupting the university’s fund. ANNFSU(R) is also asking clearification from PU register.
