Talks to open CTEVT ended inconclusively

BHAKTAPUR: Talks held between the CPN-UML-aligned All Nepal National Free Students’ Union and Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) on Thursday ended inconclusively.

The student union has padlocked offices of the vice-chairman, member secretary and administration division of all the CTEVT colleges since November 23, demanding the implementation of the report on fee structure prepared by a government-formed committee, action against nursing colleges that have failed to maintain minimum standards and more facilities in nursing colleges.
