KIRTIPUR: After a weeklong padlocking, the Central Library of the Tribhuvan University will reopen from tomorrow.
The employees decided to reopen the library locked since January 31 after TU officials, during a meeting with the agitators, pledged to address the latter’s demands in a week. Mittharam Dhakal, president, TU Employees’ Association ( Central Library), said, “TU officials pledged to provide 50 per cent of salary to staff and provide salary to sacked employees.”
