Scholars and teachers interested in Asia will be able to examine issues that span that region during two concurrent conferences Friday through Sunday, Sept. 21-23, in the Fetzer Center on Western Michigan University's main campus in Kalamazoo.

The Fulbright alumni from 12 countries of the region including Nepal, will focus on the connections among the societies of the region and the commonalities they share. The conference will end on April 27.

Indian Education Fair 'Destination India-2012' has begun here from Friday. Fifteen various colleges from different states in India including Karnataka, Haryana, Panjab, Uttar Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, among others are participating in the fair.
