DEO warns of shutting down unregistered schools

The District Administration Office (DEO), Siraha has warned of shutting down unregistered schools in the district. The office decided to take such an action after an investigation led by the office showed that the unregistered schools in the district far outnumbered the registered ones.

Dolakha District Education Office today carried out raids on bookshops in Charikot following complaints of selling unauthorised textbooks in the area. According to sources, booksellers in Charikot were reported to have hid the books published by private publications other than the Janak Education Material Centre.

Cattle grazing more exciting than studies
